Day 1: Chandigarh – Shimla (3 Hr 21 Min/113 Km)

Meet & Greet on arrival at Chandigarh Airport & drive to Shimla the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. 

Arrive and check into the hotel, free on The Mall and the famous Ridge. Ridge is famous for its stunning vistas of the valley and the Christ Church which is the most photographed landmark. Overnight stay at a hotel in Shimla.

Day 2 : Shimla – Sangla (7 Hrs/280km)

After Breakfast check out from the hotel and Drive to Sangla through the thick woods of Narkanda and alongside the River Sutlej. If you reach Tapri at lunch time then don’t forget to have food at kangri dhaba.

On the way you can enjoy the beautiful lake hydro project at karcham dam. In the evening reach and check in at the hotel. Enjoy the evening in beautiful surroundings in the river valley of Baspa at a height of 9000 ft.

This is one of the most beautiful valleys in the Himalayas and is often compared to the fam us valley of Kashmir. Known for its rich Kinnauri culture and apple orchards, this valley was opened for tourists only in 1993 for its close proximity to the Tibetien border. Overnight stay at a hotel in Sangla.

Day 3: Sangla – Chitkul – Sangla

After breakfast, explore the vicinity including an ancient Kamru Fort & Temple dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi which was brought from Assam. 

After lunch, leave for an excursion to Chitkul the last Village on the old Indo-Tibetan trade route. Walk through the green orchards, by a brilliant stream. As the day falls Overnight stay at a hotel in Sangla.

Day 4: Sangla – Kalpa (1 Hrs 17 Min/ 40 Km)

After breakfast, check-out from your hotel and drive to Kalpa. On reaching Kalpa, check-in to your Hotel. Once known as Chini, little has changed in Kalpa in the last 500 years.

Legend has it that when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in Shimla, he would come here on his Horseback.

By the side of Kalpa is a 79-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivling that changes color as the day passes and is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. After lunch, rest in your hotel for a while. In the evening, visit the Buddhist Gompa - Hu Bu Lan Kar. overnight stay.

Day 5: Kalpa - Sarahan (2 Hrs 31 Min / 90km)

After breakfast, check-out from your hotel and then leave for the beautiful village of Sarahan, perched High above the river Sutlej, Sarahan is steeped in legend, hill architecture and the remarkable natural beauty, orchards and small villages.

Post lunch visit to Bhimakali Temple, it is revered as one of the fifty one ShaktiPeeth. Local shopping and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 6: Sarahan - Chandigarh (10hrs / 300km)

After breakfast, check-out from your hotel and drive to Chandigarh Airport/ Railway station.
